Principle of Operation: The CO2 gas laser generates mid-infrared light at 10.64 μm. This laser efficiently converts electrical energy to optical energy and thereby produces a high laser power.
And it is the highest power laser oscillator at present. The CO2 laser is created by sending an RF Signal through a discharged tube containing mostly CO2 with a few other gases. The relaxation of the gas atoms results in the laser output. After amplifying the laser pulses, the laser is then ready to use. CO2 Markolaser @10.6 uses the power of the scanner to route the path of the beam by use of a software program.
