What to Execute

The artwork or dataset must be in a format compatible with Markomark software (such as .ai, .dxf, or structured text/image datasets). The system seamlessly handles variable data inputs from one instance to the next to match your production requirements.

Where to Execute

The target surface or object can be flat, cylindrical, or custom-shaped, but it must be predefined so the automated line can process it. When handling multiple surface types or objects, an identification method such as a QR code or barcode is used to distinguish them. The object is then positioned for processing, typically via a pick-and-place system or a conveyor line.

When to Execute

Again, there is only one exception to the 3W rule, and that's the material. A piece of metal will respond best to a 1060" nm" fiber laser, whereas wood and fabric materials should be processed with a 10.6"-micron" CO₂ laser. Glass can be processed with a 532" nm" green laser, and most plastics should be marked with 355" nm" UV lasers.

2. Cold Processing (UV Lasers): Uses high-energy UV photons to break chemical bonds directly (photodecomposition) without generating significant heat. This prevents thermal distortion, scorching, or micro-cracking in delicate materials.
