Mark on the fly: High Speed Laser Marking machine

Mark on the fly: High Speed Laser Marking machine

What is Mark on the fly?

Mark on the fly is continuous marking on moving parts. The parts are loaded on to a conveyor belt and are further automatically marked on that moving belt.

Mark on the fly is used in 2D data logic coding, batch coding, date coding, 1D bar-coding on FMCG packaging such as soaps, bottles, cosmetic jars, etc. A security number plate is a special application that is developed on this concept.

We proudly present an all international quality MOTF (Mark On The Fly) lasers at an affordable price. Components from France, Germany, Japan, and the USA ensure the ultimate quality and longer trouble-free life of the system.

Key benefits:

  • No consumables like inks, cartridges.
  • Marking on stationary and moving objects.
  • Low maintenance cost, low wear, and tear.
  • Compact, continuous high-quality printing
  • Marking on uneven surfaces and adjustable marking styles.

Applications:

Marking on FMCG packaging goods and other sectors such as :

Linear Indexer with laser marking

Concept: The linear indexer works at up to 40 indexes per minute. It works in the “move-stop-mark-move” method. The beauty of this system is that only one person is required to load parts from one end and marked parts automatically fall on the other side. Part sensors control the turning on or off of the indexer.

Applications: Any part which is of a standard size and does not require frequent changes in jigs, is the most ideal case for this kind of automation. These are generally used in very high production lines like electrical/automotive parts.

Rotary indexer

Concept: The rotary indexers are used to mark precisely on small or big parts at a very high speed, thus economizing the whole process and giving a faster cycle time. Loading and unloading of parts can be done simultaneously and continuously.

How does laser work on LED?

For LED/CFL industry we have a class-1 laser machine with 8/10/12 station indexer specially designed to mark on both sides of the LED/CFL simultaneously where one side can have the branding and another side has specifications.

  1. You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this matter to be really something which I think I would never understand. It seems too complicated and extremely broad for me. I’m looking forward for your next post, I will try to get the hang of it!

  2. I think other web-site proprietors should take this web site as an model, very clean and great user genial style and design, let alone the content. You’re an expert in this topic!
